The Association for Economic and Development Studies on Bangladesh (AEDSB) will conduct a (two) special session(s) in the following conference,
BANGLADESH IN THE 21ST CENTURY
A two-day Conference at Harvard University
(Friday & Saturday June 13 & 14, 2008) organized by
Bangladesh Development Initiative (BDI)

Democracy and Development in Bangladesh Forum (DDBF)
&
The Ash Institute for Democratic Governance & Innovation
John F. Kennedy School of Government
If interested, please submit an abstract/paper on any of the traditional areas in economics with special reference to Bangladesh.

Conference Related Information
Detailed registration information will be forthcoming. The registration fee for the conference will be $200 for the presenters. This fee will cover access to all the sessions for both days, lunches, ticket to the cultural program on day 2 and a copy of the intended book(s). The cultural program will be held on the evening of Saturday June 14, 2008 (Time and location TBD). The registration fees for the attendees who will not be presenting papers will be $100 ($50 for student attendees and presenters). Hotel rooms will also be blocked out near the venue at preferential prices, details of which will be provided subsequently. Directions to the venue will be provided later.
